Arthur Cobra es un abogado con experiencia, graduado en Brasil (Pontificia Universidad Católica de Río de Janeiro) en 2007 que además obtuvo un Master de Derecho (LLM) en Litigio en 2014.

Miembro del Colegio de Abogados de Brasil (Sección Río de Janeiro – OAB/RJ 147584), del Colegio de Abogados de Portugal (OA 55317L) y de la Law Society of England & Wales – Autoridad Reguladora de Abogados (SRA 633132).

A lo largo de su Carrera, el Sr. Cobra ha trabajado en importantes bufetes de abogados, proporcionando servicios legales a varias corporaciones internacionales.
Además de esto, el Sr. Cobra es el actual encargado de proveer servicios legales en el Consulado General de Brasil en Londres cada semana desde 2017.
